Booking Process

Filling out the form on the website constitutes a booking request and does not imply automatic confirmation.

After sending the request:

• Availability will be checked
• We will contact you for confirmation
• You will receive instructions for the deposit payment

Deposit & Confirmation

• The booking is finalized only after the deposit has been paid
• The deposit corresponds to 30% of the total amount (or upon agreement)
• The deposit amount cannot be less than the cost of one overnight stay
• Bank transfer fees are covered entirely by the customer

The booking is valid only after sending the proof of payment via email.

Balance Payment

• The remaining balance must be paid at the latest upon arrival.
• In case of non-payment, the booking may be cancelled.

Stay & Availability

• Bookings apply to specific dates and number of overnight stays.
• Guests without a booking are accommodated based on availability upon arrival.
• It is not possible to reserve a specific or adjacent pitch.
• Extending your stay depends strictly on availability.

Check-in & Check-out Times

• Check-in:
  
  • Camping pitches: from 14:00
  • Accommodations: from 15:00
• Check-out:
  
  • Camping pitches: until 12:00
  • Accommodations: until 11:00

Late check-out may incur an additional charge.

Pets

Pets are allowed, provided that:

• They are accompanied and supervised at all times by their owners.
• They do not cause any nuisance or hygiene issues.

In case of non-compliance, the campsite reserves the right to terminate the stay.

Electricity

• Electricity is provided (in selected pitches).
• The use of high-consumption electrical appliances is not allowed.
• Guests must bring their own appropriate connection equipment (cables/adapters).

Minors

• Minors are accommodated only when accompanied by a guardian.
• A relevant solemn declaration may be requested.

Campsite Rules

Guests are required to comply with the campsite’s rules and regulations. The management reserves the right to terminate the stay in case of violation of these terms.
