Camping Papa Nero Rules and Regulations

General Information

Our goal is to offer a peaceful, clean, and safe environment for all guests of Camping Papa Nero.
Staying on the premises implies full acceptance of these regulations.

Tent Installation & Stay

Tents are pitched in the available spaces of the campsite, as there are no numbered pitches.
If you wish to change your spot, please inform reception first.
Pitching or moving tents during quiet hours is strictly prohibited.
Parking vehicles next to tents is not allowed.

Quiet Hours

Please strictly observe the quiet hours:

14:30 – 17:00
00:30 – 07:00

During these hours:

Avoid loud music and noise.
Vehicle use within the campsite should only occur when absolutely necessary.
Please respect the rest and peace of other guests.
For late-night entertainment after quiet hours begin, you are welcome to use the common bar areas.

Visitors & Entry

Use of the facilities is permitted only to registered campsite residents.
Visitor entry is not allowed without prior notification and approval from reception.
Adding extra guests to an existing booking can only be done upon arrangement.
Check-in time for accommodations: from 14:00.

Minors

The stay of minors unaccompanied by a parent or legal guardian is prohibited.
In special cases, a parental solemn declaration may be requested.

Safety & Liability

Guests are entirely responsible for their personal belongings.
The campsite bears no liability for:
- Losses or thefts.
- Accidents caused by negligence.
- Damages due to weather conditions or other natural phenomena.

Electricity Supply

Electricity is provided upon arrangement with reception.
Only low-consumption small appliances are supported.
The use of high-power appliances (such as electric hobs, grills, air conditioners, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
All personal electrical equipment and extensions must be safe and appropriate for outdoor use.
Public sockets are available for charging small electronic devices under your personal supervision.

Stay Rules

We observe quiet hours and respect the environment.
Never throw cigarette butts or flammable materials on the ground – Fire hazard!
Open fires next to tents or caravans are strictly prohibited.
The campsite’s BBQs operate from 11:00 to 22:00 (always in accordance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Civil Protection).

Cleanliness & Hygiene

Please keep all common areas clean.
Trash must only be disposed of in the designated bins.
Do not throw paper or objects into the toilets.
Use the specially designed utility areas for washing clothes and dishes.
A dedicated service area is available for chemical toilets.
Washing cars or caravans inside the campsite is not permitted.

Vehicle Traffic

The maximum speed limit within the campsite is 5 km/h.
Extreme care is required due to the constant presence of children and pedestrians.
Vehicle traffic is restricted during the night from 23:00 to 08:00.
Management reserves the right to restrict or prohibit vehicle entry in case of non-compliance.

Pets

Pets are welcome, provided that:

They are always accompanied and supervised by their owner.
They are kept on a leash in all common areas.
They do not cause any nuisance or cleanliness issues.
They possess all the necessary updated health documents.

Departure (Check-out)

Departure from the accommodations must take place by 12:00.
Cleanliness: We leave our spot clean, showing respect to the next campers.
Document collection: Stop by reception to pick up your ID or passport.
Early departure: If you wish to leave before reception opens (08:00), please inform us the night before to settle any outstanding matters.

Final Provisions

The management of Camping Papa Nero reserves the right to modify these regulations and take appropriate measures or terminate the stay of guests in case of non-compliance with the terms.
